Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a little old, but it was nice to see a 'seal' for cleanliness on the door. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and accommodating staff providing first-class service. However, the location was a bit lacking in amenities, though there was a good quality restaurant onsite. The dining was a delightful experience with delicious food and nice wait staff, but a bit pricey. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but it was a satisfactory stay.
Staying on the top floor, I enjoyed a somewhat obscured view of the Sacramento River. The room was impeccably clean upon check-in, and although it was right next to the elevator, vending, and ice machines, everything was well-maintained and always spotless.
My room on the top floor had an incredible view of the Sacramento River, but there was some noise, possibly from a water leak or a fridge issue. The room itself was large. The hotel offers mixed views in terms of value for money.
The hotel is a breeze for travelers passing between Portland and LA, with convenience stores nearby and popular eateries within walking distance. The location is ideal for those on the move via I-5, offering easy access to the freeway without the noise hassle. The rooms are a mix - clean and quiet but unfortunately very noisy for a good night's rest. Service is efficient and effective, catering to all needs with a smile. Dining options are of good quality, especially the fresh breakfast choices, though a tad pricey. Despite some noise issues, the overall experience is comfy and accommodating, perfect for a stopover.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, offering excellent restaurant food, but it was a bit noisy due to traffic. The staff was friendly and kind, although there were some delays. The location was convenient right off the I-5 freeway, with bright lights and noisy traffic nearby. The dining experience was awesome but a bit pricey. Overall, a comfortable stay with some noise disturbance.
I couldn't ask for a more convenient location in town; it's right off the freeway and close to several restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, allowing us to adjust the thermostat to our liking. The restaurant served excellent food, but the lack of grab bars in the bathroom was a safety concern. Despite the bright lights from the adjacent parking lot and noise from the freeway nearby, the hotel was a decent stay with welcoming staff.
